Yesterday started rainy, briefly stopped so the singles could get played, then started up again before we could finish our back draw doubles match. Fran won her singles easily. We were up in our doubles match 6-1, 1-0 before the bottom fell out and the matches were called for the day. I have to admit that I played much better. The rain is still falling this morning and forecast to continue throughout the day. I told Fran that her main draw singles is the most important thing, and if the matches get too backed up, we'd bail on the doubles.
We'll head over to the courts soon to see what the plan is.
