Now it Starts Getting Serious

Tom and Phil had a very easy match today against two Argentinians, winning 6-1, 6-1.  They were not tested in the least bit, so it was a routine win.  But now it starts getting tough. 

Tomorrow they play two Austrians, who they've played before.  In fact, the last time they played this team was in 2009 in Majorca, Spain.  I was lucky enough to be there to watch.  Phil and Tom were down a break in the third, and came back to win the match.  I know the Austrians remember that match from 8 years ago and are out for revenge.  Phil and Tom will be ready for the battle. 

The weather today was much better.  Overcast and cooler air.  Much needed and very welcomed by both spectators and players.  Below are two pictures...one of the plane of the day, and another of Phil hitting a winning backhand volley.
