It's Time

Thursday was Phil's last official physical therapy session. He's on his own now. The doctor and the therapist say he can start hitting again. Therapist says now, doctor says a couple of more weeks. Watching Phil do everyday move around actions, I'd say he's pretty close. He seems to want to honor what the doctor says. I have a feeling there is some mini tennis in our future this week.
It's completely up to him...I'll be right there when he's ready to hit his first balls!

We're seeing some action on the renovation of our new home. The tile floors have been demoed and the base boards are up. Waiting on permits to start work on both bathrooms. Also waiting on the granite in kitchen, the wall to be cut down in kitchen, painting and crown moulding to be done, and lastly hardwood floors to be laid. There are also some landscaping projects to be completed too. We are hoping to be in by July 1. The best part is that we have been able to go over to the house almost every day to enjoy our pool. It's the perfect size and shape to be a leisure pool and exercise pool! Loving it!

We are so eager to have everything finished, moved in and enjoying all the wonderful amenities our new home has to offer! Tennis courts included...not that we really need them..
