I knew today's match was going to be a tough one. Sue and Sue (Bartlett and Webb) are strong enough, and certainly didn't need me to give them all kinds of free points with double faults, crappy returns, wild volleys and missed overheads....but I obliged. Mary and I lost 6-3, 6-3. It seemed like whenever we would pick up steam and get on a roll, we'd self destruct with bad errors. So frustrating and so disappointing. Tomorrow is a playoff for 3rd and 4th. Hoping for a better day.
