Back at It

Phil was home for what seemed like a short week.  Ellie and I took him to the airport this afternoon for a flight to New York.  He met up with his son Phil at LaGuardia, as they begin their journey to play the National Father/Son grass courts.  They are seeded third in the event, but strangely the draws have not been posted.  Phil loves playing these father/son events.  A great memory making time for both of the Phil's

This is the first of two tournaments Phil will be playing.  Next week he will play the 65 Grass court nationals in Rumson, New Jersey.  Ellie and I will be here holding down the fort and eagerly awaiting the phone calls for results.

Two weeks is a long time for Phil to be away....we'll miss him terribly, but I love knowing he's back at it!

Tournament play starts on Tuesday.
