Phil arrived safely in Palm Springs on Sunday. He and Tom were originally scheduled to play their first round doubles match today, but a couple of teams dropped out, so they ended up with a bye and now play tomorrow. Phil has spent the past couple of days practicing and getting acclimated to the courts and the surroundings. I'd love to be out in Palm Springs with him. Maybe next year.
I get to take care of Lil' Bit this week while John and Marilyn are in Kiawah playing the Southern Closed. She's such a sweet baby, and I love having her with me. Doggies are the best!
