There's nothing like making a major life decisions right before a major surgery. We bought a house yesterday. Yes. A house. Are we crazy or what?
Here Phil is 36 hours from going under the knife to have his knee replaced, and we decide to do this! It was such a perfect place for us, we hated to pass it up, and knew it wouldn't last long if we waited. Perfect location, perfect size, perfect everything. We just couldn't wait. So we didn't.
Now we just have to work on getting Phil healthy, close on the new house, do a little remodeling, finish the season, pack and move AGAIN. Other than that we're good!
My main focus right now is to get Phil through his surgery tomorrow. Everything else will fall into place. I'll be blogging to keep you updated on his progress.

Phil's recovery rate will boggle the doctor's mind. With his athleticism and self discipline, it just won't be a problem. Enjoy yer else and don't worry. :-)
